Dr. Hala Mohamed

Dr. Hala Mohamed is a Specialist in Dermatology at Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBCh from the Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University, Egypt and her Master’s in Dermatology and Venereology from Tanta University Hospitals, Egypt. Additionally, she holds a PhD in Laser Applications in Dermatology from the National Institute of Laser-Enhanced Sciences, Cairo University, Egypt. She is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the European Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Mohamed has spent more than a decade as a dermatologist, having worked across Egypt and the UAE. She initially worked as a Dermatology Specialist at the American Hospital, Dubai then at Mediclinic Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi and Medcare Women and Children Hospital, Dubai.

Dr. Mohamed is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of all dermatological diseases related to skin, hair and nails for all genders and ages. She proficiently treats skin infections, acne and acne scars, eczema, atopic dermatitis, milia and molluscum, warts, genital warts and skin tags. She performs biopsies, cryocauterizations, electrocauterizations and treatments involving radio frequency, chemical peels and microneedling. She administers intra-lesional steroid injections for alopecia and keloidal scars, and injectables such as Botox, fillers, skin boosters, PRP, and collagen stimulators as part of her treatment plans. She is an expert in laser treatments, including rejuvenation, pigmentation, vascular, and hair removal.

She has attended multiple national and international dermatology conferences in the Middle East and Europe and participated as a speaker in various medical and aesthetic dermatology events. In her spare time, she likes reading and playing Tennis. She speaks Arabic and English.
